- Inquiry Details: Name, professional email address, phone number, and show details submitted when requesting session slots.
- Recording Data: Audio and video recordings created during your reserved studio sessions are handled under strict client confidentiality.
- Technical Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and request timestamps collected by standard web server protocols for operational security.
3. Google Ads Tag & Consent Mode v2
This website loads a site-wide Google Ads base tag (AW-18462607112) to measure advertising campaign efficacy. We implement Google Consent Mode v2 under the following rules:
- By default, on initial page load, all advertising measurement flags (

4. Media Retention and Cloud Storage
Raw 24-bit audio stems and 4K camera ISOs captured during your session are uploaded to an encrypted private cloud directory accessible only via a private link sent to your booking email. Stems are stored on studio local drives for thirty (30) calendar days after delivery, after which raw project archives are permanently deleted unless an extended retention agreement is signed.
