1. Studio Booking & Confirmation

Studio sessions at nylvut (372 Richmond St W, Toronto) are confirmed upon issuance of a written session confirmation and receipt of the applicable deposit. Session blocks start precisely at the scheduled booking time.

2. Arrival & Setup Buffer

Hosts and production teams may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to their booked session time to settle into the studio lounge and conduct audio line checks. Sessions that run past their scheduled booking block due to client delays will be billed in 30-minute pro-rated increments subject to studio schedule availability.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The client retains 100% full copyright, editorial control, and ownership of all audio, video, spoken dialogue, and intellectual property recorded during their session. nylvut claims zero ownership or syndication royalty rights over client creations.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation Terms

• Notice > 48 hours: Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the reserved session time incur zero penalties and may be transferred to any open studio slot within 60 days.
• Notice < 48 hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of call time forfeit the initial booking deposit to cover reserved room preparation and sound engineer staffing.

5. Equipment Safety & Studio Etiquette

Clients and invited guests are expected to treat broadcast microphones, optical lenses, and acoustic fixtures with care. Any intentional or grossly negligent damage to studio hardware will be invoiced at direct replacement cost. Closed beverages are permitted in the lounge; food is strictly prohibited in the recording live room.
